A chance seedling with C.rosiflora as the seed parent, that first bloomed 1978. Spreading, open growth. Flowering Mid-season. Semi-double, 6 cm, rose-pink flowers. It has mid-green, 8 cm x 3.5 cm, lanceolate, tapering apex leaves with shallow serrations.
‘Rosabelle’ is a stunning non-reticulata hybrid. It is highly valued as a landscape plant that produces abundant, dainty flowers from mid-autumn all the way into early winter. The shrub displays a lush, dense, and uniform growth habit. The small, rich green leaves stay attractive year-round, while the plant’s natural resistance to common diseases makes it exceptionally easy to manage.
